Numerous awards, Best in the World in Cleveland's rib cook-off, 2 time winner of Best in the West at John Ascuaga's Nugget in Sparks, NV. Sutphen's Barbecue has catered the outdoor musical drama TEXAS for 30 years. We cater to an estimated 45, 000 people in just 10 weeks during the play's run. I am a tough critic, however, the ribs are really fantastic. Dry rub no sauce style ribs, the beef and sausage are fine, not over the top. Certainly one of the best restaurants in Borger.
