I am going to write a quick review on the shop that did my Carli Starter Kit and Adjustable tracbar install this past July. Although, I doubt many of you are from my area and this will not pertain to you, for those of you that might be...just trying to help you avoid the hellish nightmare I survived (barely lol) last summer.First, I normally go to another shop that I wouldn't say is great but they get the job done and back up their work. I only went to the shop because my brother n law knew the owner, Jason, and his family. I want to add also really I am no mechanical genius but if I have the necessary parts, tools, shop area, etc...I take satisfaction at screwing it up the first time myself...but I was going through a divorce and access to a non manic environment with my space and tools was not readily available.Okay, here goes. Wake up and go to car wash. Visibly inspect truck as I am paranoid about shops working on my baby. (Ive had bad experiences, and this was yet another) me, truck and parts head to shop where they had agreed over the phone after much discussion about what was needed to be done. They agreed to install Carli starter system and adjustable tracbar for $400. Seemed very reasonable so I agreed. I like helping small businesses when I can anyways and like I said, bro n law wanted me to go to them.I drop the truck off and talking to the shop owner, Jason Cline, (yes, I will use names) he tells me that they have never even heard of Carli suspensions but they do other lifts a few times a week, which in itself was not in the least but comforting and so the mechanically inclined portion of me that read the directions kicked into overdrive and started telling him about how he must take the leaf overloads in the rear OUT before putting the new pack in. I wanted to stand in the shop and watch over every move bc I got the bad vibe at this point but could tell I was not wanted there. So I reminded the mechanic doing the actual install about the overloads and left with my girlfriend for a couple hours. I came back after lunch and asked how it was going. The mechanic, referred to as knucklehead from now on, was scratching his head and telling me how difficult those leaf springs were to install. I looked at them all wrapped up in electrical tape and said...well, you left the overloads in. I said, where are the directions? I got a classic, "i dunno?" I went and told Jason that they had left the overloads on and they needed to take them off. I came back around 4pm to see my truck parked and waiting for me. As soon as my girlfriend pulled up I could tell with the super rake in the end...yup, you guessed it...overloads still in. I then noticed a couple dents and chips in my tailgate. I was pretty annoyed at this point. I walked in the shop to a smiling dude whose name I cannot recall and he said "how's it look?!" I said something along the lines of like doo doo butter and mentioned the overloads and the tailgate. At this very moment I was more upset about the tailgate. Well, I showed this guy the tailgate...he went in to get Jason and came out with Jason and all the mechanics and basically called me a liar and said it was already there, even with the greasy finger prints my the chip and dents showing someone obviously knew what they did on what was otherwise a spotless clean truck. I said, whatever let me pay and get out of here. Jason pretended he wanted to make it right and said they would fix the tailgate and get the overloads out asap. Moving on...I pay and head out the door. I head up to Sears of Jonesboro for an alignment. Drive there, control of the truck was NEVER a feeling I had. I was all over the place and going low speeds bc of how ridiculously unsafe it felt. The knucklehead obviously didn't take it for a quick drive afterwards to get a feel of any major goof ups he may or may not have made. Sears basically told me this..."Dude, they F*#%ED your S*#T all up!" They showed me how the rear leafs were j
