We had a good experience. It was easy. My brother found what he needed and even got an extended warranty. He was here from Alabama and the paperwork was handled efficiently. So far, no problems with the vehicle. The only thing we noticed was after their inspection the battery cables were corroded and needed cleaned. Then I wondered if all other things were properly checked so we went behind them and checked. The other thing I didn't like was they never mentioned the extended warranty but would have probably gotten it anyway. They assumed we would get it which did increase monthly payments. No down payment required.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from these guys and they are definitely a 5 star dealer... They have a great selection, the staff is super friendly and their finance department is second to none! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I have heard many horrible experiences from friends and family about Blackwell Motors and then I experiened it myself. They weren't going to fix my husband's Ford F150 truck he bought from them after we had just had the truck for three days. I had to threaten to call the Better Business Bureau before I got any results. I don't trust Blackwell at all. How do they stay in business and then have the nerve to open up more car lots in other cities. Someone needs to shut them down.
