I was looking up Baywater Boat rental's phone number to make a reservation when I noticed these reviews. I have rented from Baywater five or six times over the last few years and have ALWAYS had a GREAT experience. They have been pleasant and very accommodating. Their boats are in better condition than any rental fleet on the beach! KDM USCG Master Captain and to the people that wrote those nasty reviews.........one can tell you make it a habbit of being unhappy and dont know what to do with yourselves or your time! scumbags

This company states in their ad that their goal is to make the customer happy and that was not what happened to me. We rented their 25ft pontoon boat ($225/half day) and they gave us a boat with ripped seats with the foam sticking out, mold and mildew and a strong musty odor covered all of the seating areas. When I told the owner the boat was not worth the money and I wanted a better one , he became irate and spoke to me in a manner that left me and my party speechless. He and his son said if we didn't like it to leave and don't come back. In this economy for a business owner to talk to a customer in this manner is unacceptable and very stupid. BEWARE OF RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Omar and his son are very Rude people ! They need a lesson in customer service. They should never speak to there customers like they spoke to us . And there were 12 ppl in our party . We will spread the word around about how they treated us !! We will never go back there again and I will see to it that I tell everyone not to rent there.Very , Very disappointed in Bay Water Boat Rentals in Bonita springs fl.
