I recently visit Miguel's Auto, and like always I was treated with respect and loyalty fair prices my car need more work I will definitely will come again.

Great service I never had a problem I have being with miguels auto shop more than 5 years. Reasonable price Miguel’s is fair with his prices and Edgar my best mechanic ever!

Their service is not that good. I dropped my car off on a Friday for them to install a new oil pan and repair my exhaust leak. They held my car up at their shop for almost two weeks, without doing any work on it. They do not communicate with their customers. I had to make continuous calls to the shop, to find out what was going with my vehichle.

They kept giving me the run around regarding my vehicle. An I stopped by the shop one Sunday night, to get something out of my car. One of the shop employees left the driver side window down, the keys was left in the ignition. The hood of the car was left open aswell.

And it was suppose to rain that weekend when all this had taken place. When they finally got around to fixing my vehicle, they did not complete all the work that I requested. And told me to bring it back, an it would cost me an additional $200.00 dollars to complete the work on the exhaust system that they were suppose to fix when they had it for two weeks.

I do not recommend this shop, if you want good service in a timely an professional manner.

I can say anything negative about Miguel's auto they have treated me fair and well respected they have always gave me their best prices such as labor and the parts. Not only has he treated me right and fair but he also has treat my family with respect I will recommend this mechanic shop!!

Has anyone gone to Miguel's Auto at 751 N. Bolingbrook Drive, #8 , Bolingbrook, IL 60440, and was taken advantage of? I went there for my rear and front brakes to be fixed, but when I took it to another mechanic because they were squeaking, I was told that my brakes and rotors had to be replaced. He said the brakes have never replaced.

I also went to Miguel because my vehicle was leaking engine coolant. They replaced the water pump, but my car needed a lower intake manifold gasket. They kept my car for 7 days for no reason but to be mean. It does not take 7 days to change a water pump that was not needed.

After I received another estimate and diagnostic from another place, I brought my car back to Miguel asking him to do right by me and fix everything that he did not fix that he said he fixed or I would have to take him to small claims court. His response was "take me to court". He also said, "other auto shops cost a lot more money than him". So basically I got what I paid for. I told him that is alright with me.

Our daughters car broke down on her way back to school. She got it off the highway in Bolingbroke, far from where we live. Miguel's was recommended to us so we had it towed there late that night. The next day Miguel's looked at the car, called us about the issue, and helped us make the best plan of action. In the end, Miguel's made no $ off of us and they bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. If I lived closer I would use them all the time. Can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you Miguel's Auto for all your help!

Worst experience ever. Held my car for a week and did no service. No communication on the status of the disgnostics. Tried to doctor up an invoice to charge me for work never authorized or done. They also say they are too busy to follow up with customers. $37 for an oil change? How are these reviews saying fair prices. Even if they recommended an oil change I would never authorize to be charged that much!

Miguels auto gets it right the first time..I'd recommend all my friends to come here..thanks guys, you all are the shiz

They did a great job with my car!

I would not go to this place. i took my car here bcuz the check engine light was on. and the engine would excellerate on is own. they charged me 475, and said that the car was fixed, but it was the exact same (nothing changed), they took it back and charged me another 475 and said that they had to change a hole boat load of parts. I got the car back one week later, again in the same condistion, so almost 1000 into it and they couldn't fix it. of couse they said they would fix it for free (Not give me my money back, but finally fixing it!) So they looked over the car for the THIRD time (keep in mind that this is one month later) said they fixed it, and of couse its brokin down again.(with the same thing!!!!) never for any reason would i go back again. I have to give them one star (because i cant leave them at zero star, but i would) but they dont deserve that
