Plain and simple, the customer service and management at The Landing apartments is inefficient and practically non-existant. They do not care about you or your maintenance issues. They will lie to you and offer no apologies. It took a whole month to fix my a/c and it came down to calling the a/c contractors myself to have them come fix it - and the fix was a one-minute solution. During this whole time, the office staff neglected to return my phone-calls, keep me up-to-date on the status, or even tell me why nothing was being done. They lied to me twice, telling me it had been fixed, when no-one even entered my apartment to check anything out! Please don't move here. The apartments aren't bad, but the service is horrendous.
