He completed additional training in advanced laparoscopic surgery with Dr. Thomas R. Huntington at St. Luke's Boise Medical Center. Dr. Kemp's expertise covers bariatric surgeries including laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy; anti-reflux surgery; paraesophageal and hiatal hernia repair; stomach, small bowel, and colon surgery; gallbladder surgery; hernia repair; and other advanced laparoscopic surgical procedures. Dr. Kemp is a member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons.
