They got me an apt. the same day which is great when AC goes out. Their rates were reasonable/ comparable. Overall it ended up costing me less than I was expecting. Corey the service technician was extremely helpful. He even took the time to clean the outside of the units. He walked me through exactly what he did. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Eric did a great job. Had us up and warm in a professional manner.

My furnace was dying - it quit heating the house for ~12 hours, after which I just turned it off. When Eric arrived, the furnace started working. I was concerned he'd write off the problem as 'user error'. Rather, he diligently attached diagnostics tools and tried to pinpoint the problem. While he didn't find the specific root cause, his test results were convincing enough to know that I needed a new furnace. He quickly lined up a consultant to meet me about 1hr later. Generally, Eric was courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable, and willing to answer my numerous questions. Thanks for the good service.

Dave, the Technician from Jim's Heating and Cooling was great to work with. It was dark, cold and late but he had a good sense of humor and was very professional. Dave was very helpful in explaining the situation and what was needed as a solution. The pricing seemed very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Jim's to anyone in need.

I liked the way the bid for the new furnace was presented. Each item and the cost was explained in full. Brochures were included explaining each item in more detail with pictures. System Kleen cleaned our ductwork before furnace installation, and did a very good job. Jims installed a our new furnace Oct. 9th, 2014. The installers did a very job with the installation, and made sure everything worked right before they left. Snake River Electric did a very good job with the electric hookups. Mark reviewed the installation afterward to make sure everything was right. If you are going to have a new heating/ac system installed, these are the people I would recommend.

Dave H. was outstanding! He arrived prior to estimated time, excellent in troubleshooting, explaining and resolving our problem. Jim's Heating and Cooling Service provides prompt and professional service. They returned my call exactly when they said they would and the technician called to confirm his arrival at my house. Dave explained everything he was doing to fix the problem with our furnace. He also checked our additional furnace to ensure it was operating efficiently. I also appreciated his advice on carbon monoxide detectors and I was able to purchased two of them from him. He showed me where to place them and how to operate the detectors. I would definitely use Jim's Heating and Cooling Service again.

We had a Heating and air conditioning system installed by Jim's on November 3, 2014. Leading up to this and during installation we had contact with 4 Installers: Kristofer B., Dwight B., Rick C. and Eric C., Dispatcher: Jana C., 2 Comfort Consultants: Brent F. and Bruce M., Office Administrator, Sally G. All of them were outstanding at their jobs. When we were given estimates of when they would be here we were amazed at how accurate the estimate was. We are very pleased with the out come as we have been on previous dealings with Jim's and expect to call on them if we have any future needs for services they provide.

Rick did a great job and explained what he was doing during the process. He was very nice and I appreciated his knowledge and professionalism.

Dwight and co worker did a great job on a whole house hvac install. They were courteous and did a great clean up. The system installed seems to provide a quiet and efficient environment in our home. So far so good, very nice and professional. Answered all questions and even told me things I didn't know I needed to know. If your office keeps track of my maintenance contract accurately, unlike the last company I used, then things will be perfect. Im very glad we hired Jims to upgrade our heating system and install a new cooling system. Brent, Sally, Robert and James were friendly and helpful to a fault, and obviously know and love the work they do. Exactly how the installers, Robert and James, managed to get the amount of work done in one (stinking hot) day that they did is beyond me, but get it done they did and somehow they were still smiling at the end of it. I would say we lucked out, but I get the feeling the level of service we received is the rule rather than the exception for Jims. Couldnt be happier with the service or the finished installation.
