Finally, after over 35 years of futile searching for a decent Italian restaurant in the USA, I have finally found ONE. It is Gino's in Boise, Idaho. The food was flawless. It was exquisitely delicious. The pasta was truly al dente! Questo il miglior ristorante italiano che io abbia mai visitato!

Gino's is a cut above the rest of the Italian resturants in town. Both his original restaurant and the Grill stay true to his Italian background and training. There is no better restaurant to frequent than one that is chef owned and operated. He demands the best from his team and it shows. Ciao!!!

Gino's is the best restaurant in the valley. If you are not in the mood for traditional Italian the grill prepares the best steak, fish and game dishes I have ever tasted.
