      Best Pizza in Boise!!!

      My wife and I stumbled across Flatbread a couple of weeks ago and were blown away. From the service, the ambiance, the wine flights and the pizza...WOW!...the best pizza we have ever had. They call it Neapolitan (very thin crust). We are taking our neighbors there this weekend! A must try place!!

      Good quality for the price

      Flatbread CO has become my favorite pizza stop in Boise. I prefer their EXTREMELY thin crust pizzas because they aren't drowning in sauces or cheese. This would be a "minimalist" type of pizza and it's fabulous. Try their goat cheese - pesto - sun dried tomato version. One pizza will feed two hungry people. I haven't tried the salads yet but if they taste as good as they look, I'll have yet another reason to frequent FCO. Quick service, casual outside dining, and they even allow dogs on the patio. Final note: very nice bathrooms.
