I figured it was probably a small piece of gravel or dirt may have gotten stuck in the real wheel so I first took it to Les Schwab near my office, a few hours later they called me and said I was looking at a front and rear brake job and it would cost $975.00 and did I want to get started. I told them I would pick up my truck! I then stopped in at Big O Tire on State Street where they gave me a free estimate as well. Before I knew it my truck was on the rack and the mechanic (Richard) had my wheels off and checked out the problem and found the cause quickly. (Charlie) quoted me a price and stuck to it, no games or up sells just fair and honest pricing. I gave the go ahead for the work and within 15 minutes my parts were delivered to the State Street location and my truck was repaired in about 30 minutes for a total cost of under $390.00 which included an oil change, filter and brake fluid! I would like to thank Charlie, Anthony,& Richard for helping me. I will never go any place else!

I had a great experience with this Big O store. I went in to buy new tires and found that the sales person was not only friendly but seemed very knowledgeable about the product that he was selling. I went in to buy tires in December and they seemed very busy but I did not have to wait for help, which impressed me. I decided to check around a little but could not beat the price or the customer service so I went back. I would highly recommend buying tires there!
