Richard has vast experience working as a physician assistant in general surgery, trauma and over the last number of years has dedicated himself to assessing, treating and assisting in surgery for conditions that affect the foot and ankle. He is pleased to be working with Dr Travis J. Kemp, at Allied Orthopedics. He offers a broad range of operative and non-operative options for complex issues that can occur in the foot and ankle. Richard has dedicated himself to mastering the complexities of the deformities and injuries that can occur. Richard works closely alongside Dr. Travis J Kemp to formulate a plan for successful management and treatment. He also has advanced training in limb lengthening using the Precise Intramedullary Nail. Other interests included foot and ankle arthroscopy and general foot and ankle conditions. He also takes general orthopaedic call and is experienced in the treatment of orthopedic trauma.

Jones, MD. During this traveling fellowship he studied advanced external fixation as well as foot and ankle arthroscopy.

He utilizes and can offer the latest advances in joint replacement surgery, including computer navigation, robotics, minimally invasive approaches, and rapid recovery with same-day discharge for many patients. - Reconstructive SurgeryDr. Holley is a native of Texas. After college and medical school, he completed his orthopedic training and served 15 years active duty in the U.S. Navy, plus 5 more in the reserves. His tours of duty included 3 years as a Naval Flight Surgeon and 6 years as the director of the Adult Reconstructive Surgery service at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. In 2011, Dr. Holley moved to Idaho and started full-time practice of Orthopedic and Adult Reconstructive Surgery. He is the proud father of twin boys and enjoys the outdoor activities Idaho offers, including skiing, mountain biking, hunting, and hiking.
