Ken Edelson and Health Quest has for all intensive purposes, saved my life. After spending tens of thousands of dollars on a variety of therapies to help with my herniated discs, I had all but given up. I thought that at the age of 24, I was basically going to live the rest of my life in pain and discomfort. I remember walking in for the first time, and not being able to sit without having sharp nerve pain run down both my legs, and the ring and pinky finger of my right hand being numb. After a month and a half of a combination of Deep Tissue Massage and perhaps more importantly, AIS (Active Isolated Stretching) my pain had decreased to nearly nonexistent. But we didn't stop there. We continued with Personal Training sessions, and I am now in the best shape of my life. My posture, my pain, and most importantly, my outlook on life has never been better. It is however, not magic.
