- Dental ExaminationYour visit will be for a routine check-up. We'll ask you a few general health questions and enquire whether you have experienced any dental problems or pains. Then carry out a full dental examination of the soft tissue lining of your mouth, teeth and gums.
- X-raysThere are various types of X-rays that you might need to have. Some machines are very small, which will show a few teeth at a time. Larger X-rays, called panoramic X-rays, will show the whole mouth, including the bone structure around it.
- Teeth CleaningThe AGD strongly recommends that a dentist or hygienist perform a dental cleaning every six months. This professional dental cleaning reinforces the home-care oral health regimen of brushing and flossing and gives the dentist an opportunity to locate areas in the mouth that may need special attention.
- Fluoride TreatmentZoom! The Zoom! Whitening procedure is simple and painless. It begins with a short preparation to isolate your lips and gums. The Zoom! clinician then applies the proprietary Zoom! Whitening Gel, which is activated by a specially designed light. Teeth typically become at least six to ten shades whiter, sometimes more. A five-minute fluoride treatment competes the procedure. You'll be amazed with the results. In most cases, teeth get even whiter the first few days after the procedure.

- CrownsA full complement of teeth Crown and bridge treatment will restore lost teeth, support remaining teeth and help you maintain optimum dental health. If you're faced with tooth loss, crown and bridge treatment may be the right restorative option for you. This long-term solution can help prevent the cycle of problems that can occur when just one tooth is missing, such as shifting of the remaining tooth, decay, periodontal disease and bone loss.
- BridgesA crown, sometimes called a "cap", is a tooth-like covering placed over a carefully prepared existing tooth. Used to strengthen, restore or improve the appearance of your natural tooth. A crown is placed on an individual tooth much like a thimble over your finger. In addition to being used to strengthen a tooth to accommodate the attachment of a fixed bridge, crowns serve many functions. One of the most common is to support the tooth when there is no longer sufficient tooth structure left to place a filling. Crowns may also be used to protect the structure of a tooth that is fractured or broken.

- DenturesWhether you are missing some or all of your natural teeth, you can derive many benefits from replacing them with full or partial dentures. Replacement teeth help fill out your smile by giving support to the cheeks and lips. This created a more youthful, vibrant appearance by holding up facial muscles and also aids in speaking, chewing, swallowing, and smiling.
- OverdenturesMini Implants / Stabilization Mini Dental Implants (MDIs) have changed the face of implant placement. Unlike full implant placement where multiple dental visits are required, MDIs eliminate the need for surgery. The development of long term MDIs now allows the dentist to place anchors in the jaw during one noninvasive treatment. The most common use for MDIs is the stabilization of dentures and overdentures. MDIs firmly anchor the dental prosthesis, which means there is no longer any need to suffer with ill-fitting, loose dentures.

- Tooth ExtractionsTooth Extractions The removal of one or two teeth is a simple procedure. Extracting multiple teeth requires that the jawbone be shaped and removed to prepare for a denture. You may experience the following after a multiple tooth extraction procedure. Within two days, you will experience the maximum swelling both inside the mouth and possibly around the eye as well. The area around your eye may also become discolored, which may be alleviated by a warm compress. The muscles near the extraction site may become sore after surgery, causing a sore throat. This is normal as well as the corners of your mouth becoming dry and cracked from being stretched open during surgery. In most cases, you will have a follow up appointment with your dentist within 48 hours after surgery to discuss any post surgery symptoms that you are experiencing.
- Bone GraftingReceiving regular implants takes several months and requires at least two dental appointments. Certain treatments require additional visits for bone-grafting to supply sufficient bone to support the implant posts. Still, other patients aren't able to undergo invasive surgery and repeat dental appointments, or have lost too much bone mass in their jaws to receive a full-sized implant, and this is perfectly normal. In these cases, mini implants may be the best option. Dentists can usually install mini implants in only one visit using local anesthesia and without any sutures.
