Even though it changed its name, It hasn't changed at all. It smells horrid which is housekeepers and their supervisors fault. The current administrator doesn't have a good work ethic and is rude to staff, and has some severe prejudice issues going on (I don't think they are racial, but more towards disabled employees). The DON stresses out staff. I know as I used to work here. Then when visiting I have noticed rudeness from CNAs and/or towards residents. They are elderly but have feelings too.

While working at Kindread heath care I experienced a few things that need to be brought to attention! Very few staff members quite a few falls that got swept under the carpet, and also all forms of abuse towards the residents and the employess! I would suggest if planning on taking a loved one there to reconsider! No one wants to see a loved one abused in any manner!
