- Ear InfectionsTreatment of infections including, but not limited to sore throats, ear infections, influenza, urinary tract infections, pneumonia, and skin infections
- Emergency Care4) We are doing telehealth visits for other things besides COVID related items when we feel they are appropriate. The nurses will help determine if that is appropriate. Some of the doctors on call can also do these visits on the weekends so if you have a simple concern (pink eye or rash for example) on the weekend and are considering a visit to an urgent care or emergency room but would rather avoid that, please call the doctor on call, and they can direct what is best for care for you child.

- ImmunizationsIf you have concerns regarding vaccines, please discuss them with us. We have been around long enough to remember some of the diseases they prevent and to have witnessed how they have improved the lives of children. Although we do not think it is rational, we can work with families who believe in vaccines but only want to give one vaccination per visit or follow a slightly modified schedule. If you do not follow the recommended schedule, your schedule must be approved by your doctor and documented in the chart. Because you will be deviating from our standard of practice, you will need to be vigilant in making sure we do not inadvertently provide the typically scheduled vaccines.

- RadiologyWe do basic labs in our office. If a child needs an x-ray or laboratory test, we usually refer you to one of the Cincinnati Children’s neighborhood locations. If you want to access your child’s results you can sign up for that option at Children’s. We will call you with any lab or radiology results, but if you are waiting and have not been called, please call us.

- Sports MedicineFor children two and under, please refer to our blue book for advice. For older children, consult our practice website or Facebook page and/or call the office. We see children once a year for well care from three to eighteen years of age and as needed for any acute issues or chronic illnesses. Our annual checkups count as sports physicals. We try to complete any forms at the time of your visit. If you need a form completed but forget at that time of the visit, you can always drop it by or fax it to us at a later date. Some standard forms we have here in the office. We do not routinely print shot records or growth charts, but would be happy to if you ask.
