Needs lots of updating,pedicure chairs look old and used. Empty flower pots in the front, looks tacky. Could definitely use some updating.

I have had my hair highlighted at various top salons throughout the country. Jessie is by far the best! She listens to her client's ideas about their hair options, and follows perfectly. She is a natural chemist and has a true gift to color, cut and style hair. I recommend her to anyone who is seeking a positive hair experience and a hair stylist to go back to again and again!

I visited hi lites because of the reviews and must say I wasn't impressed! I'm mixed and expected for someone to know about my hair considering the price. The hairstylist was nice but clearly didn't have a clue about my type of hair and it was almost as if the atmosphere was like "please don't come back" Is my type of hair that difficult. I hate that a professional place claims to do all types of hair when they don't and don't have professionals who can!

Thank goodness I found R.(a designer at HiLites) (I hate to put the name because x is already incredibly booked in advance) ! I have been from the top salon owner to the beauty schools and finally found x at Hi Lites where I got the most incredible style of my life. Finally my mom says the color is good! I trust x and can't wait to go back to get the same styling!! My hair is thin, fine, and straight and 2 people commented on the new look!!! I was thrilled and amazed!!! (no coupons/no website and more than I have ever paid the best stylist to date) but x is worth it! I think I found my local Jonathan! (if you know the show blow out Jonathan is in love with doing hair)! Now I just hope x doesn't move away!!! P.S. The salon itself has a nice design and is nicely done. The owner was there and has quite a nice flair. LOVE IT!!!
