Meadowbrook Women's Clinic has provided firstand second-trimester abortion services and helped patients make decision about their reproductive health care since 1973. Our staff members provide support from the moment you call and are available throughout your visit to the clinic. The physician staff are certifed by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Each physician brings more than 20 years of experience in providing medical services to women. They hold faculty positions as assistant professors of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Minnesota Medical School. In this capacity they instruct medical students and residents in all facets of women's health care. Recognized for Quality Services Meadowbrook Women's Clinic has met the criteria for Laboratory Accreditation by COLA, a national healthcare accreditation organization. Accreditation is given only to laboratories that apply rigid standards of quality in day-to-day operations, demonstrate continued accuracy in the performance of proficiency testing, and pass a rigorous on-site laboratory survey. Meadowbrook Women's Clinic has earned COLA accreditation as a result of a long-term commitment to provide quality service to our patients. COLA is approved by the federal government and sponsored by the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Internal Medicine, the College of American Pathologists, and the American Osteopathic Association.
