I hadnt been to Macys in a while. i told the girl on the phone when i chose the proper extension for elizabeth arden what i needed. she said she was a lancimb counter girl. i made certain that before i had to pay a ride that my shade and type of makeup was in stock. there were 2 so she put one aside. i told her o was disabled in the relevant ways and yes please put it back i will be in soon. i was in the store 2 hours. i told a lady i was mentally broken gave her specifics. it wasnt there after 2 hours of waiting. they blamed prom but i dont schedule for them. Condescending and superior is how Cassie acted as she said she was bldg mgr. dropped my sample of a different kind with lid off and i said it was on the floor! eyes rolled. never again will i go to macys
