We recently moved to Bloomington and wanted to equip a theatre room. Dustin and his team were wonderful to work with. They provided wonderful advice and were very focused on customer service. They are able to handle all of our electronic needs, ranging from satellite to security, audio and video. I am very pleased with the quality of their service. Of special note, Dustin isn't just trying to make a sale - in fact, he actually recommended that we not install a large TV above our fireplace in order to maintain the integrity of the design of the room (yes, he did cast the deciding vote, as my wife and I had differing opinions). The reason I say this is to provide an example of how Impressive places the customer's need in front of their own profit motive. They were very thorough during the entire process, and actually accelerated the installation to allow us to be up and running in time for the start of football season. We recently had our home burglarized. What an unsettling feeling as I stood there (looking at the mud that the burglar tracked in) with my two children (5 and 8 years old) as we realized that we might not be alone. Could the burglar still be in the house? Luckily he was not. I have had a false sense of security as we have a 100 pound Alaskan Malamute dog in the back yard. Somehow, the burglar didn?t see this as an obstacle and hopped the fence and came in a rear window. The next day we called Impressive Home Security and set up a consult. The following day the system was installed. We were very pleased with the professionalism and expertise of their staff. They analyzed the house for points of vulnerability, and then proposed a system that would best fit our house and our needs. Best in the business! We had Impressive install a flat screen over our fireplace with a cool little sound bar about a year ago. My wife loves the fact that she can't see any wires or equipment! We went ahead with the universal remote which we were hesitant about but now we love it. The remote is super easy and cleaned up some of our clutter. We recently had IHT back out to install Directv and security. We should have listened the first time they told us to get rid of Comcast. The picture quality rocks and the new DVR sharing thing is awesome. The security was something we talked about for a long time but didn't think was possible because we didn't have a home phone. Wrongo again. They set us up so we can control our security and Directv from our iPhones! This is a cool company that stays on top of their game. Easy to work with and just great guys that are helpful every time we need them. The only downside is they are always super busy but I certainly know why. Highly recommended.

I love this company!! I needed a flat screen LED TV mounted on my wall. Best Buy offered to do it but I decided to shop around. By going with Impressive Home Theater I saved $250 plus they were so friendly and helpful I actually enjoyed the time it took them to complete the job. (all done in one trip!!) Also, they have an electrician on staff so I didn't have to have a separate contractor come out to do the electrical part of the work. Very convenient! Love you guys!

WIth less than a week's notice, I had a great flat screen, sound system, and dvd player installed on Christmas Eve for less than $3,000!! My family enjoyed our yearly 'It's a Wonderful Life' in style due to the prompt service of Impressive Home Theatres. Dustin and his team were professional, helpful, and have a service I know I can trust.

Do I spend a couple of weeks and do it myself or just hire it done? For the first time in my Audio/Video homeowning/homebuilding career I chose to hire it done. After pricing the "box" stores, I approached the "Impressive" guys cautiously. Little did they know, I have built 2 theatre rooms and several surround systems in my previous self built homes. Being a General/Sub Contractor I figured it to be only fair to compare their prices versus the "box" store packages. Everyone else does it to me, heck why can't I do it to them! Well I discovered 2 things, (1) The prices were competitive and (2) their product knowledge was far beyond what I would've ever learned on my own. (These guys read the manuals, I at best, skim them!) After my new home was completed, I watched these guys do there work and learned very quickly that they deserved every $ that they earned. Their follow up support is "IMPRESSIVELY" impressing me!
