All I can say very professional company. I called to get an estimate VIctor the sales rep called me right away. He came out asked what I wanted measured showed me pictures .i got three estimates from different companies. He was the only contractor that warned me the color would litghten up about 10 to 15 percent also warned me about the cracks very honest. Thankfully no cracks at all. Color looks great. I had 1600 square feet of colored stamp concrete poured. As to sign contract not pushy at all . He sent me the estimate thru email I liked the price and was very detailed . He returned two days later we signed the contract . . By the way this company's workers know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them.

This company does not deserve a star. Very unprofessional and they do not show up for jobs. Never got a call back from Lorenzo. I had to track him down to get an answer. And every answer was let me talk to (my boss). Had an appt for a job and they never showed up. Very upset and will never recommend them to anyone.

I agree with the other post about Lorenzo being very professional. The Company is lucky to have him as a salesman. Overall I would say that my block wall project is going very well. The city of Rialto takes forever to perform stage by stage inspections, and the weather has been poor lately, but that is not the Company's fault. I consider myself to be a micromanager with home construction projects and so far Dreamscapes (Lorenzo) has been pretty patient with me. I did notice the 2009 issue on CSLB and took that into consideration when choosing my contractor, however, since then the Company has re-bonded and is operating under an active licence. Overall I am pleased with the work thus far. The Company provided me with a list of references (some of which I checked) and I did not feel pressured to sign any contracts. I will also let the Company list me as a reference, as well as take pictures of the finished wall, so other interested people can see the work (I posted photos of the WIP to date). BTW, I only had 2 small reasons for not giving 5 stars. 1. I had to call twice to remind them to haul away the existing fence from my property (during the WIP construction process). 2. I never believe other ratings out there that give 5 stars.

Made an appointment with Mr. Lorenzo to estimate a concrete project. He came was professional and reasonable, but the company (his boss) did not produce pictures or references of their work. Attempted twice to receive info, but no reply. They are quick to want you to sign a contract. But check them out on CSLB. They have lost their license before (2009). Would of gave them one star, but Mr. Lorenzo's professionalism bumped it up to 2 stars.
