***i highly recommend this agency*** i was previously going through an agency in fords nj who had given me incorrect information and told me that my current insurance company was dropping me b/c i had leased a new car and my boyfriend was the co-signer. that made no sense what so ever to me so i googled agencies and found this one... i spoke to gerry who i explained my whole story to... she agreed that what five star was telling didn't sound right. she did alot of homework and went back and forth with the car dealership that sold me the car and palisades ins co sending faxes and making phone calls. she spent 3 days trying to undo the mess that the previous agency made.. turns out i was able to insure the car on my policy and gerry and her office staff were awesome. gery even stayed late to make sure i had insurance through the weekend. i highly recommend this agency for all your insurance needs. *kelly*
