Never will use this company again the taxi cars have bed bugs always smell like cigarettes there's a dispatcher Named Dave has no manners to speak to customers I have pictures off the bed bugs in the car

the taxi are old no heat in winter no access in summer they make you wait for hours and when they get there if they get there they have the worse attitude the dispatch is full of ignorant no train to answer any question or give any input in anything overall they are not good nor as customers service or text trip call at you own risk.

I made a reservation for a return trip from Manhattan a day in advance and followed up with an email to confirm the reservation. The person who took my reservation wrote it down for the wrong day and apparently no one bothered to read the email. When the cab didn't show up, I called and was told it was their mistake and they would send someone. In the meantime, I was left standing on a corner in Manhattan with my luggage for an hour and a half in bad weather with nothing but a half-hearted apology - no reduction in the fare or credit of any kind. The driver was very apologetic but management should be more concerned about their responsibility to customers.

I use to call a car service from montclair all the time until one day they told me they where over booked and i had to wait for the next available car. I called BLACK AND WHITE TAXI & LIMO for a last minute pick up ,they picked me up within ten minutes and got to the air port in time for my flight and they where $15.00 cheaper. since then i used black and white taxi 3 more times they are always on time with no excuses will recomend this company any time
