I called to schedule an appointment and when I called Sherry answered the phone. I told her I was a new patient and needed to schedule an eye appointment and that I found them on yellow pages and chose them due to a positive review. She wasn't friendly or patient. She asked who I wanted to see, I stated that I don't know what doctors are available since I located them on yellow pages. She then asked who my insurance was with, I told her and she again asked who I wanted to see. I told her that I found them on yellow pages and do not know what doctors are available, she then asked if I have any friends that come there at which point I had to remind her once again that I located them on the yellow pages and have no list of doctors available to me.

It is extremely frustrating to contact a place to schedule an appointment only to be treated like this. These people will not be getting my business.

My husband and I both had vision correction surgery my Dr. Alan Spigelman and Dr. Les Grosinger. We couldn't be happier. Both of us have truely enjoyed our experience the the Doctors and Staff at the practice. The staff is kind and friendly and very knowledgeable. The Doctors are very thorough. They are patient and understanding. I would recommend Drs Grosinger Spigelman and Grey Eye Surgeons to all my friends and family.
