Located in Bloomfield, Conn., Caleb Hitchcock Health Center provides residential health care and medical facility services. It provides a wide range of assisted living services and specialized medical services, including podiatry, dentistry, optometrist and optician, nursing care and rehabilitation services. It offers a wide range of resident services, such as housekeeping, flat laundry, grounds keeping, maintenance and transportation. It also offers the Oasis program for the treatment of early stage dementia, which provides Montessori Method to enhance the capabilities of individuals with dementia. In addition, the program also offers respite care for families and relatives on short-term basis. Caleb Hitchcock Health Center is part of Duncaster, a nonprofit residential care community.
