I took my puppy to get shots there and while they were the vet techs were very friendly, there was a bit of a wait. When the doctor came in he just gave my puppy a rabies shot and walked out without every saying a word to me, not even "hi" or "you can pay here". He did talk to my puppy briefly about getting neutered (while giving him the shot), but never actually addressed me. It felt very impersonal and unprofessional, and since it was my first visit I was at least hoping the doctor would introduce himself. They weren't very expensive and the other people working there were very friendly, but it seems like Dr Dallman was too busy to introduce himself or spend any amount of time with his patients. It wasn't a bad experience, but it was enough for me to go looking for another vet

I have 2 cats and 2 dogs and I refuse to go to any other vet. I live in Christiansburg now, and I still make the drive instead of picking a closer vet. The staff, mainly the vet technicians, have gone out of their way numerous times to help my pets, even borrowing equipment when necessary. My dogs love going to the vet because the staff treats them so well. You won't be disappointed.
