I brought my Volkswagen Jetta 2003 to the Bug Shop twice for head light bub replacement and ignition coil problem check. I was really comfortable with their services. Excellent service, reasonable price, and nice people!
the service i recieved was great at first,but when i came back due to a mistake,i was met with indifferance and suspicion.i didnt like that.i paid them 1400 dollars to replace the crankshaft,and two weeks later its broke again.i expected them to be responsive,instead i got the ol, "well, bring it by and well look at it"i didnt want bring it by,i wanted,for the 1400 i paid,a "we'll come get it and take a look"
