      Operational for more than 50 years, Rock Springs Cafe and Saloon offers a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options to guests. The restaurant serves a selection of steaks, ribs, seafood and chicken dishes. Rock Springs Cafe and Saloon s specialty menu includes charbroiled steaks, slow-roasted prime rib, campfire trout and fried chicken. It is well-known for its home-baked cream, fruit and specialty pies. The restaurant s appetizers menu includes chicken wings, onion rings, potato skins, mountain oysters, and fried mushrooms and zucchinis. Rock Springs Cafe and Saloon offers salads with bleu cheese, honey-smoked turkey, honey mustard, bacon and chopped tomatoes, as well as homemade soups. It has facilities to seat up to 1500 people and can host various types of parties, banquets and special events.
