I boarded my dog there for one day and a night. I had her bathed for a treat because she loves baths.
When I picked her up she was of course happy to see me but unusually so. She tried to jump over th half-door in her enclosure and RAN for the door as if to say, "GET ME OUT OF HERE!" and shying away from one of the workers--Kathy.
The next day she came down with an eye infection and a skin condition known as foliculitis. My vet said that it was caused by too harsh a detergent and incomplete rinse. he said she picked up the eye infection from other dogs in the kennel.
