Had great experience buying a used Audi A7 from Fred Lavery Co. The salesperson I dealt with, Scott Vollink, was professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. I bought the car from about 500 miles away, so all our dealings were by email and phone. Scott was very diligent about sending me pics of everything I needed and provided guidance to get our deal done. I flew to the dealership in the evening, stayed in a hotel overnight. The car was ready for me first thing the nest morning (Scott even picked me up at the local Starbucks so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain). We finished up our paperwork. Ahmed, the dealer's tech guy, gave me an overview of the cars technology, and then I drove home. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable.!
