      Mayfield Dairy Farms was established in 1923 with a few Jersey cows, spring water refrigeration and a family s dedication to providing its community with dairy products. The company, which is based in Athens, Tenn., with satellite operations in Birmingham, Ala., and Brazelton, Ga., serves nearly 10 states. Mayfield Dairy Farms products include ice cream in several flavors; cultured products, such as regular and low-fat cottage cheese, French onion party dip and sour cream; and milk and juice products, such as white and chocolate milk, buttermilk, egg nog, half and half, lemonade, orange juice, sweet tea and whipping cream. Mayfield Dairy sells its products wholesale to several retailers in its service area.
