American Steel Pipe has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification from the International Organization for Standardization. Its products meet the specifications of the Canadian Standards Association, American Water Works Association, American National Standards Institute and American Society of Mechanical Engineers. The company is a part of American Cast Iron Pipe Company, which was founded in 1905 and maintains one of the largest individual ductile iron pressure pipe manufacturing plants in the U.S.
