Birch Run's outlet mall opened as Manufacturers' Marketplace in 1988. It was expanded in 1994 under Prime Outlets, and Columbia Sportswear entered the center during the mid 1990's. Our proximity to Frankenmuth (one of Michigan's prime tourist destinations) makes Birch Run a heavily trafficked village. In fact, the Birch Run exit on I-75 is second only to Orlando Florida in traffic volume. Columbia Sportswear upgraded to a larger store in 2001, and subsequently we have become one of the premier stores in the Premium Outlet center. Columbia has been creating innovative apparel, footwear, accessories and equipment for outdoor enthusiasts since 1938.
