very girls staff at the desk. A week ago purchased new sun glasses. Since then been back 3 times to have adjustment because glasses were sliding down my nose. I sat 26 minutes before she saw me. Here she comes with an attitude. It took her 20 seconds to make a quick adjustment and was told if it wasn't right come back. I was there again today and was told to sit and wait. I left. Maybe if she spent more time with customers than on the phone more people would be happy. It really shows for satisfaction. She really has a attitude. it's unacceptable. I ill go to another place and go on social media and spread the word. She failed in my book.

The staff seemed uneducated, rude and disrespectful, the doctor was rude, wouldn't listen, and gets ridiculously close, creepy feeling. After 1.5 hours of looking for a decent pair of frames, which is a EXTREMELY difficult, the guy that puts the lenses in the frame came out (into the crowded room, in front of at least 15 other customers) and told me he didn't think they would fit me! WHAT?!?! Are you kidding Me? I'm 35, I know what works and doesn't work! After this I left because I was about to lose my temper. I called corporate, and didn't get far with them either! When o got home I called the store in Vestal, the lady there was very nice, and gave me the number to the district manager. I will NEVER go to the front street location again! I wouldn't recommend going there to anyome, save yourself some aggravation and go to the Vestal location, or a different eye place all together!

Staff was rude , disrepectful and unprofessional. The quality of frames for the cost is poor. The so called deals are really not deals at all. I had to wait nearly nearly 2 hours for my appointment because "the Dr was behind " which was really the office staff was incompetent. Once I finally got into see the Dr it was uncomfortable as the Man had quite bad body odor ,which in a small room with no windows and poor ventilation is a bad mix. Really regret going there.
