The place is filthy there are roaches there's black marks all over the walls the carpet was dirty there was a red stuff in the bathtub the dishes were dirty when we got them out to use them. The vinyl on the cabinet doors was peeling off the deck that you can look step out on was rotten boards and bending. The grass has not been mowed and there was junk piled throughout the complex. The smoke detector in the bedroom was missing and there was water damage done in the ceilings and in the bottom part of the unit . When we stripped the bed's before we left there was P stains on the pillows we had to clean and were also charged a $75 cleaning fee on top of that. The pictures that they use to rent the units are nothing like the units when you get there the grounds are not And when it says it provides kitchen utensils and things they do not provide everything that is needed there's no CanOpener's we had no potholders to pull things out of the oven or dishrags. The residents there are horrible to the vacationers and I could understand if there was someone there partying in keeping the residence up but we were very quiet and respectful . We were two mothers and our daughters and most of the time we were at the beach. We also feel like someone who came into our unit after we had left that day because the refrigerator had been very cool and someone had turned it down to where it was almost not calling anything plus I had medications come up missing .
