Reviews
Kathy gave me a hearing test & determined I needed hearing aids, and after listening to what I expected from them, she lined me up with hearing aids with iPhone support. What I didn't know at the time was: the more I followed up with getting the hearing aids checked and cleaned regularly -- the better they would work for me-- that's where Leslie came in. I learned about batteries, adjusing for different settings and what I should/should not do to the hearing aids -- especially how to position them in your ears to get the best results.
I have to say, people who don't follow up with the care Kathy and Leslie provided me, are short changing themselves and not getting the full hearing experience that hearing aids can provide.
I lucked out as the office is less than a mile from my home; and every person
who doesn't like their hearing aids -- have gotten to hear my story -- you get out of them by what you put into them and follow up is the key. Otherwise, you'll end up throwing them in a drawer and going back to people shouting at you.
