A bit long in the tooth, it's showing its age -- badly. Fly infested in the summer, holes burned in the bed linens, air conditioning that barely works, cafe closed. Maintenance is haphazard at best. The parking lot JUST got repaired after the winter. Parking is inadequate and trash abounds in the parking lot. There IS a laundromat on premises, but has been closed for years. The owners could fix the place up, but then it still wouldn't attract the clientele that they desire. Showers work, but they are small and the temperature of the water changes rapidly from comfortable to ice-cold to scalding hot. Cooking is allowed, but microwave only. The microwaves in the rooms are very low wattage, so it takes 3x as long. In my room, there are three outlets, but one outlet is 10 volts, not 120. The dorm-sized refrigerator barely cools. The rates are way too high for the rooms that you get.
