I view a dealership as my last resort for having something done that someone else wouldn't be able to do because the dealer is suppose to know more. I didn't feel they listened to me. I have a 2001 car, old enough they should have a track record. I found things online that gave me more information than they seem to know. Denny is likely pushing cars through as fast as they can and the service person gets some money accordingly. My car has an electrical problem and they screw up twice. I left me car with them for two weeks at different times. All I get is your battery needs replace. The first time they charge me $550 to fix what they thought was wrong but didn't fix. The second time they tell me the battery is dead and give me a laundry list of things they say need to be fixed on my car. I already know I replace some of the items mentioned so I know they are going by most common things needing changed and up selling. I see it as lying. Don't go to Denny Menholt for service work unless you have to like oil changes that came with the car.

SHADY PRACTICES, DISHONEST SALES, INCORRECT INFORMATION ON ADS...

We just spent loads of time checking out a used BMW online, the salesman and the ad said it was a manual, salesman talked it up how it runs perfectly etc. I took the plunge and drove an hour and a half to Billings... The car's an automatic and there's a horrible whine while driving it. In restrospect I should've looked more closely at the interior pics to see it wasn't manual, but I figured I could trust them.



I was wrong.



The worst part is the guy was putting loads of pressure on us the whole time to buy it and didn't even know anything about the car, my father and I talked circles around him.



If they can't even get the ad right what else did they miss? Stay away unless you want to waste time and get ripped off.

I bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle at Denny Menholt. About 3 months in, the engine had a serious problem. The Service Department got me in immediately, gave me a loaner vehicle and completely took care of the problem. Friendly, no hassles, great service!

Best service department I've ever been to very professional

We were in Billings over the July 4th weekend for a wedding and the alternator in our car failed the afternoon of the 4th. I called the service department as soon as they opened and Rick Welke worked us into their already booked Saturday schedule. Rick did a great job staying in contact with me through the day to keep me updated on their progress. When I arrived to pick up the car, to my surprise it was washed and vacuumed. A nice treat after three days of bug slime had accumulated on the front of the car! Well done Menholt service department!

I have been dealing with Denny Menholt ever since I got my first car and I have been very satisfied. I go to Malik Jones whenever I am ready to purchase a vehicle and he gets me the best possible deals he can which I greatly appreciate. He also found me a car that I have wanted for a long time that is safe for my children and was reasonably priced with low miles. When I get my car serviced I normally find the problem has been fixed there is only one thing that I have not seemed to have fixed on my car but I will take it up and try again....

I made a mistake. I just bought my first new car in 25 years. Signed the papers in the dark and drove away in a dirty new car. (They promised a wash if I brought it in) The next nice day I washed the car myself only to find a “swirl” in the paint on the front bumper. It looks like a series of round shapes. You can only see it if you look in sunshine and from an angle but then becomes very noticeable. I called the dealership and wanted it repaired as the car is only a few days old and had only 72 miles. I was advised that I had taken possession and the damage was now my responsibility.

I am very disappointed. The Denny Menholt staff was very kind during the sale but turned to stone after the deal. I tolerated the Bait and Switch with the financing, I half expected that, but this is just wrong. Lesson learned…do not trust them and carefully examine the car before you take possession.

I now notice a whistle from the front window on the highway. I wonder how much this new car is going to cost me in repairs. I think I will call the dealership in Laurel and ask if they can help.

A long way from home and had car trouble. Brought my car to Denny Menholt. they charged me $150.00 for a part a later found for $30.00 at parts plus-and that was the lifetime warranty part. Also charged me $200.00 in labor for a job that takes about 1 hour. They have lost a customer for life. I would not recommend them to anyone

after taking my car in for the third time it finally got fixed. i paid for a catalytic converter and a intake manifold gasket only to find out i needed new plugs and wires. OVERCHARGED $800.00 plus dollars not including my time. i am a business owner loss of revenue approx &1,000.00

I've always bought all my trucks from Denny Menholt but this has been the first time I was told I needed $5,000.00 down to purchase a truck It was there way of telling me to get off there lot!!!!!!
