      I provide individual and family counseling. I work with chronic health issues, couples counseling, depression and anxiety. I am certified in EMDR therapy for the treatment of trauma. I utilize a family systems approach, incorporating Cognitive/Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and current research on the effect of trauma on the nervous system.
