      Chef Joshua Auerhammer has created one of the most unique dinning experiences in the Flathead Valley and maybe the entire US. His cuisine is inventive and cutting edge. "New Age American" is the only way I can describe it. His Chefs Table seats up to twelve and all menus are custom designed for the client. BYOB with no corkage but wine pairings are available upon request...you have to check this out!
