I am very disappointed in this business. I have a problem i been trying to resolve since Sept.12,2008, I have made at least 10 calls to their 800 number and everytime they tell me the same thing, they will forward it to management and someone will contact me, but after 10weeks i still have not heard a thing. Ialso have called their corporate office in California 5 or 6 times and have had to leave my name and number on at least 3 different management level people's voice mail because no one answers the phones there not even an operator all you get is recordings and voice mails. If someone actually works for Fatburger Corporation i would appreciate you getting hold of me so we can settle this problem. I'm not going to go away just because you ignore me I'll just keep calling and writing to whoever will listen till you at least answer me . sincerely James Samples
