Office manager gives you an interview, asks what your greatest fears are about going to the dentist. I checked the : 'financial worries' box. I was told that I should consider Springstone Financial Credit program, because I would have a lot of work done on my teeth, including root canal, crowns, possible implant. I signed up, only to find out that the majority of this work would be 'outsourced'. I called to cancel Springstone Credit....only to begin a nightmare with Office Manager. The Dentist office did not cancel the credit....so...late fees, numerous office visits to work out the debt, pay off the credit. Excuses, delays, more late fees. So much for my 'greatest fear of dentist visits'. This entire process has lasted from August-December! I do NOT recommend this Dentist.
