The worst service I ever had at any restaurant. I know it can't be the place but the waitress is not very attentive. The food (pasta tasted like soap) Won't be coming back for a while.

Nick's has the BEST white pizza for miles around. Just the right amount of cheese and garlic, yum! I am living in Bethlehem, originally from NYC and am picky about my pizza!Their regular cheese pizza is tasty too. I also enjoy the grilled chicken salad, and my daughter loves all the pasta dishes there. BIG portions at reasonable prices cannot be beat. Friendly service helps - the server may call you 'hon' regularly :)

I live close to this place and frequent it often. I have tried other Italian restaurants and Nick's is ALWAYS the best by far. You will not find Italian food any better anywhere else!!!!

fabulous food

I have been living in Bethlehem for ove 6 years as a student at Lehigh University. I have to say that this little nook serves up the best italian food, e.g. pizza, stromboli, subs, pasta, etc, in the South Bethlehem area. I went to this place last month with my roommate (who is from Taiwan) and we ordered the German Pizza and the Pasta Al Forna. We both stuffed ourselves with the German Pie since it was delicious, and when the pasta came we both thought we could not eat one more bite. I convinced my roommate just to try it since it was new to him and I wanted him to experience italian food. He forced himself to take one bite and ended up eating half of the plate even though he was completely stuffed. I ate the other half. Both of us agreed it wsa hands down the BEST PASTA we have ever eaten in our lives.This place is a million times better than Lehigh Pizza and a billion better than Campus. Atmosphere lacks, it is small, which is the only downside. The food is the best.
