I serve as theChairmanfor the St. Luke's Centerfor Neuroscience and the Industry Relations Subcommittee at the American Academy of Neurologists. One in six people in America have or will have a neurologic disorder! With this in mind the opportunity to be part of St. Luke’s University Health Network neurology team was irresistible. The level of care, patient focus and national awards for quality care at St. Luke’s provides for an ideal environment to practice neurology. I feel that our neurologists have the opportunity, with new advances, to take care of individual patients at the highest possible level. We can also serve our large community in a broader way by reducing the burden of diseases like stroke, epilepsy, headache, MS and other conditions in our region.
