Please please find another dentist. They do not care about you or your child. Not in the least. I will not go into the hour long discussion about how these people treated me and my children. But if you have a choice on dentistry, choose another place. They will get you in quickly but there is a reason. I wish I had a place to go that generally cared about health rather than money. It's very sad that these group of woman are given so many opportunities to bless people but they choose to be hateful.

So many things went wrong with our visit it is hard to know where to begin. We walked into the office on time. There were no employees up front. The floors were filthy. There were papers, spills and stains on the floor. The waiting area doesn’t have books or toys, only a TV with the volume turned all the way up in a corner. The front office staff came out 10 minutes after our appointment was to start, and they were incredibly rude. One of them was wearing a t-shirt. The last family to enter was the first taken back. The waiting area is huge, so you know they cram as many appointments in as possible.

When the front desk employees finally came out and acknowledge us, she was immediately rude, yelling out, “Name.” You would think someone at a children’s dentist office would be more personable. When we told her our two year olds daughters name, she said we didn’t call in to confirm our appointment and she didn’t know if the doctor would take us. My wife scheduled the appointment weeks in advance, we were early for our appointment, and I’ve never heard of an office having you to call and reconfirm your own appointment ever. We filled out the paper work and had to ask if we would be seen. The woman said, “They will try to fit you in.” We started to complain about the conditions and the way we were treated. The employees wouldn’t look us in the eye. She said as sarcastically as possible, “have a nice day.”
