First time in this Location. Nice ambience, but felt the air come on a few times ( its 38° outside). I had the Swiss Mushroom Burger which was delicious but messy. I solved that by eating it with a fork and knife,lol.
We ordered 3 different slices of cheesecake to eat at home. And they did not disappoint us.

My parents and I ate here for lunch yesterday since it was a perfect time to be together on my day off from work. are waiter She had a big smile, a positive attitude, she asked if we needed anything like straws, refills, take home containers, and a dessert menu. she even gave us our check at the perfect time after our meals were packed away. it was a real pleasure!

there food is all ways very good. but there service was not great. i was waiting to be seated with my wife and one's the hostess showed us to are table there was crumb's all over the floor the table was very sticky dirty and the allowed us to sit there in the dirt the and the menu had old food on them. but i will say are waiter was very good his service was very intended too.

I placed a to-go order and showed up 20 minutes later to pick it up. At the desert counter there was one girl being waited on, a gentlemen behind her.I waited behind him on his right. There were 3 people behind the Asian guy at the register. I tried to make eye contact with someone for directions but they were all pretty much engrossed in their affairs. So the guy behind the register helped the gentleman who was in front of me and still ignored me. In the meantime about 3 other walked to the left of the man being helped. As the man finished his transaction, I stepped up and was told to go join the back of the line. I explained to tne cashier/server that no one instructed me as I was the only one waiting after the young man. He ignored me and told me that I had to move to the back. I found a manager who got me my food that was already waiting there and she informed him to please let people know where to wait to pick up. He looked at me and rudely told me that he did. What would have been the point of me getting the manager. Even as the manager motion for him to stop, he wanted to argue. This will be my list visit ever at Cheese Cake Factory. I don't need to pay to get insulted. I wish there was a rating of 0. By the way the food was ok, but the experience left a bitter taste. So long..
