I have had nothing but great visits to this office since I opted not to see Dr. Kridgen. She is not a bad Dr. I just don't seem to connect with her.

Awful Care in Bethel Park OfficeYou are treated like a number. The nurses and doctors are extremely uncompassionate and there is no consistency of care. I called the emergency line with complaints a few weeks after I had a baby and no one called me back!!! The staff is extremely rude when you call. They make you feel like they you're a burden. The physicians and nurses do not take your complaints seriously. They do not take the time to listen to you. They are in and out of the room as quick as possible. They are unfamiliar with your history. I had to repeat my history multiple times. You feel like you are completely on your own when you are pregnant. You feel like you have no care.
