First, it is not believable that anyone real rated this company with more than one star. Those posts are surely posted by someone in the company itself. Check out yahoo ratings where all but one are single star. This is the worst place I’ve dealt with in many years. I really don’t have the time to figure out how to make this comment but I’m so upset with them that I am taking the time to do this.
I need something for my in ground pool and tracked down the manufacturer and they could not sell direct to me but gave me Alpine phone number as the retailer they work with that was closest to me. They gave me detailed information on what to ask for when I call Alpine. They could not give an actual price but told me what wholesale (before shipping) would be, but said its up to the store as to what price they quote. So I called Alpine and explained what I needed and what exactly to ask for when they called the wholesaler. They said they would call me back later that day or the next day. But I never heard back. I waited 2 weeks and then called back myself. I called and spoke to several different people but they left messages for the person I first spoke to who what the ordering agent for the business. She never called. Finally after over a month, one of my calls caught her there and she said she had my information (so why didn’t she ever try calling me?). The price she gave me was a range rather than an actual price and when she started explaining why she couldn’t quote a price, I realized she wasn’t talking about the same thing I was calling about. I reminded her about my original conversation with her and asked if she still had it written down, the exact name of the coping I needed. She said she will have to call the wholesaler again and get the info and call me back. I said I cannot wait another month, how long will it take to hear back. She said she will call tomorrow. And that was over a week ago. Never heard back and I know I won’t.

I had a fantastic customer service experience when I called Alpine Pools and spoke with Stacy F. She was able to talk me thru adjusting a technical issue that I had with my Spa and I was able to avoid a service call. Top notch products and great customer service!

I do not normally take the time to post reviews online but I just had to share the fantastic experience that I had with Alpine Pools.



Early this year, my husband and I began a tedious search to find our family a swimming pool. We called numerous businesses and spoke to countless sales people. Everyone we spoke to told us something different. It was extremely frustrating. One day we were driving home and saw Alpine Pools. We decided to give the search one last attempt and I am thankful that we did.



From the moment we walked into the store we had a wonderful experience. The employees were polite and took the time to explain anything we wanted to know. The pools on display were of good quality, had great warranties, and were much less expensive than ones we looked at elsewhere. That day, we purchased our first swimming pool!



The good experience did not stop there. The professional installers came to our house only two weeks later to install our new pool. Each and every one of the installers was polite and curtious. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and even humored my son's constant questions. By the end of the day, the pool was up and ready to swim.



I truely wish more businesses were as professional and caring as Alpine Pools. I will never go anywhere else.
