I had the WORST experience of my life at this location! A Perfect Birthday Ruined!

My family and I just walked out. We waited 30 minutes to be seated because the tables were not bussed. Then we waited 20 minutes. While 3 servers past by several times without any acknowledgement of our presence. Once we started getting up to go one came out and asked if anyone had waited on us. I love the restaurant but this franchise gives the entire business a bad reputation. I am very upset about this experience. I hope a change is made soon.

No peanuts, no bread, took 10 mins to get a drink. Waiter was so dumb he couldnt get anything right. Had to ask for silverwear 3 times! There was only 5 tables occupied in entire building and still couldnt get service. Steaks full of grizzle, ribs were so tough they were taken home for dog treats. Called the manager he didnt even know the name of the server he was managing that night. Never offered a refill or desert, the check was literally rudely stuck under our nose. Not worth $100 and manager wouldnt discount for our terrible service. Horrible experience for my birthday. WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY!

While traveling, we have eaten at this Logan's several times. On Monday, September 3, 2012, my husband and I walked into this Logan's and there were 4 attendants(young ladies) in the doorway. Not one of them greeted us! I love Logan's and every Logan's I have ever been in said "Hi, welcome to Logan's" or at least "Hello" with a smile. These 4 ladies looked us in our faces and never smiled or said a word. One of them gathered the menus and silverware and just said follow me. So our waiter passed us several times after we are seated before he comes to take our drink orders. I understand that it was Labor day and they may have been a little busier than normal. Service was a little slow but that was ok. The food was good BUT as I got down to the last couple of bites of my mashed potatoes, there was a HAIR on my plate. I was so disappointed. I asked the waiter to please have the manager come out. The manager(Scott) then came to our table. I explained to him my disappointment from the time I walked through the door to the hair I found in my plate. All he said was "We'll take care of the bill." My husband had already paid and money was not the issue. He asked if we were from there and after I told him no, he shrugged us off even more. All he kept repeating was "I'm sorry, I'm sorry." He didn't try to get to the bottom of anything. Once he finished talking to me, he just walked to the back. I am very hurt and will not eat at this location again!
