We couldn't be happier with the beautiful basement renovation that American Custom Construction did. Even as important is the wonderful people doing the work. Brandon and Scott were so very kind, professional, and trustworthy. They worked with us each step of the way. My wife and I wanted to gut and remodel our master bathroom. Our plan was to change plumbing, move a window, add electrical and have a large glass enclosed shower with a wall to wall vanity. We interviewed 5 contractors in all and Brandon Kovacs at American Custom Construction was by the far the best of the group. One of the most important qualities we wanted in our contractor was trust. From the moment we met Brandon we felt like we could trust him. In his initial consultation he emphasized the importance of making the shower water proof. Through the entire construction Brandon answered any and all questions my wife and I had for him. In the end we have a custom SPA-like bathroom thanks to Brandon, that is built to last. We would recommend American Custom Construction to anyone looking for a contractor. Brandon is honest, knows what he is doing and does not cut corners. We plan on using Brandon for all future home renovations.

I called American Custom Construction back in December 2014. I was shopping around for a few quotes before i decided to jump into a bathroom reno in my condo. After a brief phone tag, Brandon came out to see my bathroom. I was impressed with his rapport, he was the 4th contracting company I had come out. He was very personable and I got a really great vibe from him. I knew I wanted him to do my bathroom. We chit-chatted about materials and our kids. He told me his wife would have a materials list and quote for me by end of week or beginning of following week. I didn't hold him to it as Christmas was approaching. Well that holiday came and went and I heard nothing from them. I called to follow-up and spoke with Brandon who said, again, his wife would email the info to me. He asked me to text him my email address as he was on the job and had no pen nearby. The week came and went again, I called his wife this time around and was told by her she needed to talk with Brandon in order to get had quote and that she would call me back . I chalked this up to the back-to-back holidays and everyone needing time off. For the fourth and final time, I called them and left a message and still have yet to receive a return call. It's a shame, of the four contractors American Custom Construction seemed like the most honest and did the best quality work while paying attention to detail and not sacrificing quality. I pursued them because I really, really wanted them. I'm disappointed that they didn't even call me back or give me the courtesy to say we are too busy to take you on as a client. I would've respected that and would have sought them out in the future. Maybe my budget wasn't worth it enough for him (it seemed to be in line with the 3 other quotes I had received) or that my bathroom wasn't worth his time. Still would've appreciated a return call.
